LEGAL FACTS AND ELECTORAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This article is devoted to the study of legal facts in the context of electoral duties. The main factors that determined the relevance of the topic of this study are outlined. The importance of studying the theory of legal facts within the framework of modern electoral legal relations is analyzed. The opinions of domestic legal scholars are given to reveal the concept of legal facts, the classification of legal facts by volitional basis, as well as by the nature of the coming consequences, is considered. Conclusions are drawn about legal facts as active elements of the mechanism of legal regulation of electoral legal relations.
