The article is devoted to the dynamics of new models of network communication in the scientific environment. Scientific online networks are analyzed as a factor of professional productivity. The parameters of network scientific integration are determined from the point of view of relational, structural and cognitive characteristics. The simultaneous influence of aspects of integration into the research online network over time at the individual level and the results of this influence in terms of scientific productivity are considered.
