This article examines contemporary approaches to the regulation of digital platforms in various jurisdictions, with a particular emphasis on the role of international cooperation in developing optimal market strategies. The study investigates existing differences and similarities in regulatory approaches to digital platforms across the European Union (EU), the United States of America (USA), the People's Republic of China (China), and the Russian Federation (Russia). It is found that the EU demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach through the timely development of legislative instruments such as the Digital Markets Act, while the USA maintains traditional antitrust regulatory principles. In contrast, China and Russia focus on comprehensive support for their national interests by integrating regulatory processes into broader governmental strategies. It is noted that Russia has begun to actively adapt its legal framework, showing some similarities with the EU's methods, though its approach is characterized by less transparency. The article discusses existing challenges related to regulatory fragmentation and barriers for foreign companies, driven by objective differences between distinct systems. The critical importance of international cooperation is underscored as essential for overcoming these barriers. Key influencing factors include the exchange of experiences between countries and the development of global standards, taking into account existing national peculiarities, which are indispensable for supporting competitiveness and innovative development within the global digital economy.
