The purpose of the article is to consider the main symptoms/markers indicating the presence of significant problems in the team. The relevance of the work is due to the transformation of society and the Russian economy under the influence of macro-situations in recent years. Practical value of the work: A list of symptoms/markers characteristic of a crisis at the workplace can help local managers measure team wellbeing, realistically assess the situation and push them to take decisive action to improve the climate in the organization or build a new team if the crisis cannot be overcome. The scientific value of the work lies in the fact that the identified symptoms of an unhealthy working atmosphere can be catalogued and included in a wider list of crisis manifestations.
