The article presents a content analysis of the capital's metropolis cultural institutions websites to study and summarize the experience in organizing and maintaining cultural and leisure activities for children and young people with disabilities and limited health opportunities. Criteria for assessing accessibility and inclusiveness of the websites of 10 museums, 10 libraries, 6 theaters and 4 parks are identified. Features of an inclusive environment that allows young people with disabilities and limited health opportunities to participate in cultural and leisure activities on equal terms with their peers are identified.
