THE MAIN FEATURES OF ENTREPRENEURIAL UNIVERSITIES AS A BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES POTENTIAL OF THE MARKET ECONOMY

The article investigates multifaceted and multidimensional system characteristics of the interpretation of the content of the concept of ‘entrepreneurial university’. The system approach is used and methods of analysing scientific literature and normative-legal acts are applied. The main features of entrepreneurial universities as a basis for the formation of human resources potential of the market economy are revealed. It is concluded that the broad integration of industrial partners, representatives of state authorities and other stakeholders, implemented on the basis of entrepreneurial universities provides both continuous innovation education, capable of providing innovative specialists with unique competencies demanded by the labour market in the framework of achieving national technological sovereignty, and sustainable development of human resources potential of the market economy.
