This article analyzes the current state and prospects of ESG of Mining. The key problems hindering the ESG of the enterprise are identified and the strategy of their solution is proposed. Special attention is paid to environmental aspects and social responsibility. Based on the analysis, a model of ESG strategy is developed. The article also considers the potential impact of the strategy implementation on the long-term development of Mining and the Belgorod region as a whole. The results of the study may be useful for managers of industrial enterprises, regional authorities and researchers in the field of ESG.
