SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE SOCIAL HEALTH OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS OF MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA

The article substantiates the feasibility of seeking effective pathways for professional scientific and educational growth, personal development, improvement of professional and personal self-realization, and enhancement of public recognition for employees of departmental universities. The aim of this study is to conduct a sociological analysis of the characteristics of social health among teachers working in departmental universities within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) of Russia. The research contributes to the understanding of the social health of faculty members. It has been determined that good social health, which includes balanced and high-quality relationships with family members, friends, and colleagues, significantly positively impacts the mental and physical components of a teacher's health in a departmental university. Such an environment requires constant high intellectual concentration, impeccable discipline, heavy psycho-emotional stress, and individual responsibility. The practical significance of the study lies in the potential application of its results to improve the activities of structural units within departmental academies, universities, and institutes of the MVD system in working with personnel.
