STUDY ON THE INTERCONNECTED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF HEILONGJIANG FREE TRADE ZONE AND THE FAR EAST OF RUSSIA

The article analyzes the economic development of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone (HFTZ) and the Russian Far East in the context of China-Russia cooperation. It examines the achievements of HFTZ, joint projects in infrastructure and trade, and the role of the Russian Far East in integration with China. Key challenges, including regulatory differences and infrastructure constraints, are identified. The article proposes measures for policy harmonization, investment stimulation, and transport development to accelerate integration and strengthen bilateral cooperation.
