CULTURAL ACTIVISM OF CORPORATIONS AS AN EXAMPLE OF REALIZATION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CULTURAL INSTITUTION ON THE EXAMPLE OF SIBERIAN REGIONS

In the last decade, the topic of cultural activism and corporate social responsibility has become one of the key issues in the management of social processes, especially in regions with limited human resources, such as Siberia. Active participation of large companies in the life of local communities not only increases the level of trust and reputation of corporations but also contributes to the development of the social institution of culture. The content analysis of the websites of large corporations such as Gazprom, Rosneft, Nornickel, Polyus, Sberbank provides clear examples of cultural activism projects: the variability of programs from restoration of monuments and support of museums to the organization of festivals and creative workshops. Analysis of the companies' activities shows that Siberian regions, despite their geographical and economic peculiarities, receive substantial support in the cultural sphere. The importance of corporate cultural activism and corporate social responsibility in Siberian regions goes beyond mere charity, becoming an important part of the management of the social institution of culture and contributing to the formation of sustainable regional development.
