LABOR RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES: IMPLEMENTATION AND PROTECTION

The International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has been ratified in the Russian Federation since 2012. Among the main provisions of this document were the issues of their education, work and socialization in society, largely determined by the structure of defects, the possibilities of damaged and preserved body functions. In recent years, understanding the problems of organizing the work of people with disabilities has received particularly high attention not only from the Government of the Russian Federation, but also from the public. This has determined the need to reform and create an effective legal framework governing the labor rights of persons with disabilities. The purpose of the article is to analyze the processes of realization and protection of labor rights of persons with disabilities, as well as their employment.
