The article presents a sociological analysis of the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in enhancing the managerial competence of international project leaders in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The relevance of the study is determined by the rapid penetration of AI technologies into managerial practice and the necessity to adapt leaders’ competencies to new integration conditions. The scientific problem lies in identifying the socio-cultural, organizational, and cognitive changes caused by the use of AI technologies in international projects within the EAEU. The aim of the work is to determine how AI technologies influence managerial thinking, intercultural interaction strategies, and organizational practices. The empirical basis consists of interviews with experts from Armenia, Belarus, and Russia, analyzed using thematic coding. The results show that the use of AI technologies expands analytical capabilities, improves forecasting, and strengthens communications, but requires critical interpretation and a high level of digital literacy. Conclusion: AI technologies act not only as a technological but also as a socio-cultural resource of integration, shaping new standards of managerial competence for international project leaders in the EAEU space.
