This scientific article examines the methodological approaches to assessing the transformations occurring in the labor market in the context of the digital economy's development in the Republic of Tajikistan. The paper emphasizes that Tajikistan has set a course for the transition to an innovative model of economic growth, a direction solidified in documents like the National Development Strategy for the period up to 2030. Digital technologies are viewed as a key component of this innovative development3. The article provides an overview of existing methods for assessing the level of digitalization, including approaches proposed by the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey, as well as technological and industry-specific approaches. Special attention is given to analyzing the impact of digitalization on the labor market, which is systematically categorized into five main areas: labor demand, labor supply, productivity, compensation structure, and forms of employment. The author identifies three key stages in the methodology for assessing the impact of digitalization on the labor market: the preparatory, analytical and computational, and conclusive stages. The article notes that the transition to a digital economy in Tajikistan is in its initial phase, and many aspects related to its influence on labor resources require further research. Overall, the study underscores that digital transformation is one of the central trends in the country's economic development, affecting both the public and private sectors.
