The article examines the main directions of changes in the legal regulation of labor relations in the context of ongoing digitalization processes. It is noted that digitalization has affected virtually all aspects of labor relations, which has determined the need for the creation of a portal for monitoring the content of employment contracts and other documentation in a remote mode. The article also presents examples of judicial practice that demonstrate the existence of issues in the field of remote labor relations and the necessity of strengthening the legal framework for their regulation. The conclusion is made regarding the advisability of updating the legal framework concerning the process of concluding employment contracts in an online format, signed with an electronic signature, defining the legal status of electronic labor books, and establishing employer responsibilities for the timeliness and completeness of updating the digital database when preparing documentation in electronic form.
