NORMAL DEVELOPMENT OF MINORS AS AN OBJECT OF CRIMINAL LAW PROTECTION

The article considers the issue of determining the object of a crime against minors under Chapter 20 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author justifies the conclusion that the main object of criminal legal protection of minors from criminal encroachments is public relations to ensure the normal development of minors. The article analyzes the multifaceted nature of development and the criterion of "normality," as well as the strategically important importance of the normal development of minors from the point of view of the sustainable existence of the state.
