DIGITALIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL: THE CASE OF RUSSIA AND CHINA

This article examines issues related to the digitization of services and the transformation of human capital, their characteristics in Russia and China. The aim of the study is to analyze examples from Russia and China in the context of transforming human capital under digitalization. The author emphasizes the importance of the ongoing digitization processes in society and their impact on the socio-economic sphere of life. The main problems encountered on the path of digitizing services and transforming human capital are studied. The concept of “digital transformation of human capital” is defined. An analysis is conducted of the composition and structure of specialists employed in the field of digital services in various types of enterprises. The main in-demand disciplines on the market for digital services in China are examined. The main results that can be achieved on the basis of transforming human capital in enterprises and organizations under digitalization are considered, and the main socio-economic outcomes of activity are also studied.
