THE DIALECTICS OF PUBLIC CONTROL AS A PUBLIC INSTITUTION

The article explores the dialectics of public control as a public institution. The authors consistently argue that the dialectics of public control as a public institution are determined by the basic principles of dialectics as a method of scientific knowledge of the surrounding world, and in our case, legal reality, emphasizing that public control is aimed at improving the quality of state control and supervision activities as a means of improving the functioning of the state apparatus. Additionally, the authors emphasize that the category of «public institution» is widely used, but there is a lack of a coherent and logical theoretical and legal framework for public institutions in the theory of state and law.
