PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS OF CHINA ON THE EXAMPLE OF G. HEFEI

The article analyzes the experience of implementing investment projects in the city of Hefei (PRC), which in recent years has become one of the leading scientific and industrial centers in the country. The study uses a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach, including benchmarking and the case method, to identify the underlying mechanisms and specifics of the city's investment development. Particular attention is paid to the role of the state and cluster structures, as well as the combination of the scientific base and institutional support. The novelty of the work lies in the consideration of Hefei's local experience as a model for regional investment policy, which can be useful for Russian regions. The material provides a better understanding of how to integrate regional and national development strategies.
