INDUSTRIAL TOURISM AS A TOOL FOR DEVELOPING TOURIST TERRITORIES ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

The authors analyzed the state of industrial tourism in the Krasnodar Territory and noted that such a tool for developing a tourist territory contributes to its active branding. They studied the experience of developing industrial tourism based on local manufacturing enterprises that represent various industries. They noted the growing popularity of such excursions and tours among tourists, especially excursions to the wineries of the Kuban region, and identified the most popular regional wine routes. They also studied the government measures to support the systematic development of industrial tourism in the Krasnodar Territory. The authors have identified a number of problems that hinder the development of industrial tourism in the Krasnodar Territory: insufficient interest of industrial enterprises in accepting tourists, lack of experience in conducting excursions, lack of professional tour guides, poor promotion of industrial excursions and tours, etc.
