WATER CRUISE TOURISM: REGULATION OF THE QUALITY OF SERVICES

The paper is devoted to identifying the legislative ensuring specifics for services quality in the field of water cruise tourism. The correlation of the criteria for assessing the cruise tourism services quality on the objective and subjective components of the interaction between suppliers and consumers was revealed. It was also determined that the assessment of tangible and intangible components of the service depends on the provider’s status and the characteristics of the cruise ship. The existing conditions of promotion and sale do not provide consumers’ protection of their right to make an informed choice of services and to, as well as to appropriate and reliable information about these services.
