Bessolitsyn Timur Olegovich  (postgraduate student, RANEPA)

The relevance of this work stems from the need to adapt universal principles of sustainable development to the specifics of the industry, characterized by highly intensive production and logistics processes, extensive use of packaging, and direct interaction with the end consumer. The aim of this article is to develop scientifically based practical guidelines for integrating sustainable development concepts into key business processes at FMCG companies. The empirical basis of the study was a quantitative survey of 126 FMCG managers. Based on the analysis results, a unique integrated cyclical model of FMCG sustainable development is proposed, structured around five key operational blocks: product development, production, packaging, logistics, and consumer interaction. Specific practical guidelines are formulated for each block, transforming strategic goals into management actions.
