PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE

The presented article is devoted to identifying the problems of using artificial intelligence in the digitalization of business processes of Russian enterprises, as well as considering the prospects for its further development in Russia. The article examines the concept of artificial intelligence in the interpretation of domestic and foreign experts, the main regulatory acts and federal projects regulating the development of artificial intelligence in Russia, and their main directions. The problems of using artificial intelligence in the digitalization of business processes of Russian enterprises are also identified, and ways to solve them in modern conditions are proposed. According to the results of the study, the following problems were identified with the use of artificial intelligence in the digitalization of business processes of Russian enterprises: lack of computing power, shortage of specialists, low level of technology adoption, regulatory barriers, insufficient financing, and the need for security. Measures have been proposed to address these issues. The work is based on regulatory legal acts in the field of state regulation of work with artificial intelligence, scientific articles and opinions of experts in the field of solving problems in working with artificial intelligence and prospects for its development. Research methods: comparison, juxtaposition, grouping, systematization, generalization, tabular and graphical research methods.
