Potapchuk Vladimir Vladimirovich  (Postgraduate student Pacific National University, (Khabarovsk) )

This article presents the development and modernization of the juvenile employment system in the Russian Federation from the 2010s to the 2020s. Subsequently, the goal of developing juvenile labor has shifted, recognizing adolescents as an important economic resource and a significant population category capable of actively participating in the country's development. This paper also presents government programs, regulations, and various projects and activities developed from the 2010s to the 2020s aimed at regulating and developing the employment of minors.
