Process automation management rating of Russian universities

The paper proposes a management information system of accounting and forecasting of the main rating indicators of higher education institutions. The authors studied the information processes and indicators related to the integrated assessment of the Russian universities. The developed model the main processes of activity of the structural divisions of the University for the collection of information and evaluation of indicators involved in the drafting of rating of the University. Functional requirements to the management intellectual information system of evaluation and forecasting of the main rating indicators of the University are formulated.
