This article discusses the use of modern newgalenic drugs to increase the level of Ca in the body and maintain healthy bone structures. With age, a person loses the ability to maintain calcium levels, this often leads to a decrease in bone mass and bone strength, which is a problem with prosthetics [1]. The use of the drug "Mountain calcium D3 with shilajit" is proposed. This drug allows you to fill the daily requirement of Ca in the body, and also contains vitamin D3 and mummy, which contributes to its full assimilation [5]. In case of inflammatory processes of the oral cavity, periodontal disease, acute bone pain, the author recommends the use of “Comarum plustre” which has antitumor activity and anti-inflammatory effect [2]. The preparations are made from natural raw materials and have good tolerance by the body.
