Big data analysis model for the implementation of smart universities

Big data analysis is a promising area for implementation in modern universities, since their activities are associated with a large amount of data obtained as a result of their teaching and learning activities. Data analytics can be used to provide information to students and staff, which will help improve learning and management decisions. However, at the moment there is little research devoted to the study of big data, their use in various fields of education. This article describes the components of a smart university and smart applications used in the context of smart universities. The application of big data analysis to support smart universities is also discussed, and finally, a big data analysis framework for a smart university is proposed, the main components of this structure are described based on a review of existing literature.
