The article examines the main risks associated with emails and their signs, provides an overview of the main approaches to protecting electronic correspondence. Particular attention is paid to methods for detecting unwanted emails. A new correspondence filtering solution is proposed, expanding the possibilities of Bayesian classification, based on a systematic approach and artificial intelligence methods. The software solution in Python based on the SMTP library is described.
