OVERCOMING THE SOFTWARE BARRIER: A STUDY OF THE TRANSITION FROM ONE PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TO ANOTHER IN THE CONTEXT OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR FINANCIAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, FORECASTING AND OPTIMIZATION USING MACHINE LEARNING METHODS ON GOLANG

The developed educational course "ML Development in Go: Theory and Practice", is designed to teach students with experience in Python design and effective transition to the Go programming language. The relevance of the course is due to the need for innovative methods of mastering technologies in the field of machine learning, and the purpose of the course is to provide students with the opportunity to successfully master a new programming language using the experience gained while working with Python. The course methodology includes a mechanism for adapting and transferring skills from Python to Go through the analysis and comparison of concepts and methods, which allows students to use the common and unique features of each language. The practice of switching between languages within the framework of projects helps students develop flexibility of thinking and skills of using each language according to its peculiarities. The course focuses on learning the material through the development of software for managing financial resources of organizations using machine learning and data analysis methods, which is valuable for business leaders and investors. The program identifies financial problems and provides recommendations on how to solve them, contributing to improving the financial stability of companies.
