DEVELOPMENT OF A CLIENT-SERVER APPLICATION FOR AUTOMATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE «GENERAL RADIO FREQUENCY CENTRE» FEDERAL STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE

enterprises and organizations experience difficulties in implementing universal solutions for automating business processes. The specifics of enterprises require the development of unique software designed for a specific organization. Objective: to increase the level of automation of business processes and the speed of response when problems occur at the customer enterprise. Results: an information system for remote monitoring of the status of certain services and prompt launch of actions in accordance with this status (restart, stop, start, automatic sending of messages, in cases of service stoppage, to an e-mail address and an application on the phone) was designed and developed. Practical significance: the main advantages and disadvantages of existing solutions were analyzed and the need to create a new information system that takes into account the specifics of the business tasks of the branch of the «General Radio Frequency Centre» Federal State Unitary Enterprise («GRFC») was substantiated. The results of the study demonstrate the importance of automation for improving the efficiency of production processes and reducing operating costs. A promising direction for the development of the work is the development of a mobile client application that duplicates the functionality of the developed information system and allows for more efficient remote control and management of services by employees of GRFC.
