The purpose of this work is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the prospects for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the service sector. The key directions of digital transformation, such as the transition to intelligent information systems with a human-centered approach, are considered. Current AI technologies are considered: natural language processing, computer vision, big data analysis, generative AI and robotic solutions that can be applied using examples from the hotel business, medicine, logistics and other service industries. The analysis of strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of AI is carried out. The author emphasizes that the successful implementation of AI requires consideration of legal norms, ethical standards and investments in staff development. The article is relevant for specialists studying the digital transformation of service industries and offers a comprehensive look at the prospects and challenges of AI integration.
