Human rights function of modern courts

the article discusses the human rights function of justice, particularly its implementation of modern courts. The analysis of applicable international and constitutional law in the performance of the courts in protecting rights and freedoms. Examines the mechanism of judicial protection of human rights, place and role of the Constitutional Court, its relationship with the European Court of human rights. Addressing the problem of access to justice, the conclusion about the importance of taking into account the positive foreign experience of formation of specialized courts.
