Some features departmental compliance and enforcement of regulations as a form of implementation

The variety of departmental regulations the elements of compliance and enforcement can be fixed in their text with varying degrees of confusion. In this regard, there is a need to define the features, similarities and differences in implementation and enforcement of departmental regulations. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the author revealed the absence of a uniform understanding of the implementation and enforcement of departmental normative acts as a form of implementation. According to the study the author offers his own interpretation of the implementation and enforcement of departmental regulations. Using different kinds of departmental regulations, the author proves, in any of these conditions may securing compliance and enforcement, and in which these terms overlap.
