The description of methodological approaches of calculation the standards of provision population with retail space

the problem of providing population with sufficient retail space is considered to be actual till the early 60-th of the XX century. During this period of time economic scientists created major methods of calculation the standard of providing population with retail space. However in Russian economic science economists did not pay much attention to this problem. The methodology of calculation the standard of providing population with retail space accepted in Russia does not assume the world achievements in this sphere and modern Russian economic tendencies. Hence the author, using a wide spectrum of statistical methods, based on western economical approaches, suggests own methodology of calculation additional retail space need.
