Exemption from criminal liability in accordance with the note 2 to the Article 184 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation

The article investigates the specific ground for exemption from criminal liability provided by the Note 2 to the Article 184 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation. There are formulated approaches to the interpretation and application of this provision, as well as proposals of the changes in the criminal law.
