Information as an object of right of ownership

An important issue in the organization of access to protected information is the consideration of the concept of "secret information", the information as object of property rights. In the context of the latest concepts introduced to the different aspects of the concept of "secret" questions of formation of in-formation secret. Highlighted legal characteristics (properties) of information, manifest-ed in information processes. It is noted that a hallmark of protected infor-mation is that it is the subject of ownership, and the right of protection granted to the owner (holder) of the law. Emphasizes the rights of ownership in respect of information: the right of possession, right of use, right of dis-posal, his rights and responsibilities. Identifying information in General, as an object of legal rights, considered the information that has restricted ac-cess, including the rule of law.
