Diversification of tourist enterprises personnel duing economic crisis

During the recession the company faces the choice of alternative paths of development. Diversification of work - quantitative, qualitative and spatial movement of labor, resulting in a change of combinations of social labor in connection with the change of sound operation of the employee under the influence of various factors. The consequence of diversification is to improve the quality of staff and a significant increase in range of the products and services, as well as the possible development of new tourism regions and markets.
