Client-oriented approach to the implementation of municipal services: theoretical and methodical aspects

The article deals with municipal services as a basic element of the municipal management system, determined by the characteristics of their provision from the perspective of their social significance. The authors substantiate the feasibility of using client-oriented approach to the process of municipal services, describe the characteristics of the suppliers and consumers of these services, factors and institutional conditions of their provision.
