The article presents the results of a study of the value orientations and self-attitudes of women with different levels of professional self-realization. The features within the framework of value orientations and relationships inherent in each level of professional self-realization are considered. The features of the relationship between value orientations, self-attitude and professional self-realization of women are studied. The changes that have occurred in women as a result of participation in a psychological support program using coaching technologies for middle-aged women on the issue of value orientations and self-attitude are presented
