To some approaches in the organization of management at the enterprises of a machine-building complex

Some approaches to the organization of management at the enterprises of a machine-building complex are considered. The directions of application of process approach to management are briefly characterized. The first is based on importance of definition of process and system approaches is common to the enterprise for increase of his economic potential, and the second is based on an allocation technique at machine-building enterprises of so-called "through" processes that allows to allocate business processes which have measurable "entrances" or resources and results at "exit".
