Industrial safety of gas distribution and gas consumption systems of thermal power plans

Operation of the gas distribution and gas consumption systems of thermal power stations has a high probability of fires and explosions, so the security of these objects has a high importance. This paper discusses aspects of industrial safety of the gas distribution and gas consumption of thermal power plants. The basic safety requirements for operation of these objects were considered. It is necessary to highlight the importance of carrying out periodic inspections and automated gas control in the operation of gas distribution and gas consumption systems of thermal power plants for ensuring the industrial safety.
