Analysis of the effectiveness of the investment process in an industrial plant and increaseits level of performance on the basis of the construction of the utility function

The article discusses the possibility of analyzing the effectiveness of the investment process in an industrial plant as a complex event, its purpose and content. Separately, it suggested a possible solution to improve the efficiency of investment activity on the basis of the construction of the utility function.
