Analysis of the psychological and educational literature to determine how to support integrative technology system providing comprehensive care, which is characterized by the union of various specialists in solving problems, and help define the regulatory, methodological, content and other aid foundations. The key notion of "support" is to ensure the development of a disabled student and the student with the OCA by providing dosed psychological-medical-pedagogical influence.
