Improving the efficiency of project teams through the application of complex technologies of personnel in public authorities

The article proves the feasibility of the project management in public authorities, taking into account the application of human technology. It is proposed to consider how technology, regulated by the current legislation on civil service, and long-term technology, such as performance management, team management, and others.
