Developmental disability and limitation of opportunities to the individual in terms of the nature of the social environment

This article is devoted to the study of the concept of "limited capacity" in terms of medical, structural and functional and social model minority. The author is convinced that defining feature of disability advocates is not a process of interaction, and the consequences of human interaction with society atypical.
