Axiological premises of humanization of modern management

The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the humanization of modern management. As the basic premise of this process certain axiological premises can be understood. In the context of these the increasing importance of the human factor, the development of corporate ethics system, special attention to informal organizational interaction are supposed. This all can be considered as important aspects in increasing the efficiency of human resource management of an organization, modern management as a whole.
