Infrastructure of art culture in the conditions of a dezurbanization

Specifics of the Russian dezurbanization are shown in article and her cultural aspects are considered. According to the author, in the conditions of a dezurbanization infrastructure of art culture has to provide preservation of a city way of life and the sphere of leisure in new territories. Parameters of security with cultural institutions and arts the dezurbanizirovannykh of settlements, on the one hand, have to remain within the centralized institutional model, with another, - to provide decentralization of art culture.
