In article the most important problems concerning theoretical and methodological judgment of a phenomenon of cultural heritage are considered. Its reflection is performed against the background of the analysis of contradictions of development of modern culture. Affirms that in implementation of a phenomenon of cultural heritage and the social memory expressed in it it is necessary, a compromise between formal and informal figurativeness, the scientific and spontaneous knowledge directed by the analysis and the personal and emotional relation. Flows, massifs, amounts and forms of cultural heritage shall keep all variety and shades of the past and the present for the future, and methodological issues of a correctness of broadcast of values of cultural heritage in society shall become a subject of special cultures - philosophical and culturological researches.
