Two approaches to the description of geometric density matrix

About creating relatively simple and clear geometric density matrix dreamed of virtually all the founders of quantum mechanics (Pauli, who first proposed the use of this concept to conventional luminaries von Neumann and Landau). Landau introduced in quantum mechanics the notion of density for a few months before von Neumann, but it is considered that the systemic formalism was more developed in the von Neumann.
