Problems of the organization of psychological escort of the employees of a penal correction system serving with weapon

In article features of activities of divisions of protection of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service for Primorsky Krai are described: extreme conditions, including the main a stress factors, influencing employees; main problems of personnel selection and organization of psychological maintenance. The factors interfering effective office activity of staff of departments of protection are reflected. The analysis which is carried out in work includes attempt of development of additional selection criteria of experts in security service taking into account specifics of use of weapons.
