Management as attribute of human being

The paper analyzes management as an attribute of human existence. First of all, we are considering this topic from the point of view of the development of the philosophical thought of research scientists in the process of governance in human society. The paper notes the social and philosophical problems of governance in the functioning of certain constitutions in the modern form. It is noted that it consists of such elements as: creative attitude to management organization, attention to the dynamics of organizational changes, adaptation of organizations to changing conditions, understanding of the importance of management personnel.
